To understand the concept of a food supply chain;
To be able to apply the concept of a food supply chain to certain types of food;
To grasp the concept of different ways of production and critically assess which one is the most sustainable;
To understand the concept of local production and assess advantages to livestock and environment;
To begin to understand the concept of Global Trade and Fair Trade.
