Suncook at the Spanish, raisin experience from the Austrian participants-just two out of those fourteen presentations which were given in Milan, on October 17, 2015, in the field of the Expo at the first international teachers‘ workshop of the EAThink 2015 project. In the project the schools of twelve European and two African countries (Senegal and Burkina Faso) take part. The main aim of the project started with the motto „eat local, think global“ is to strengthen the critical way of thinking and encourage active participation to meet the global challenges, including food safety, sustainable nutrition and concerning the family farms. The Hungarian experiences and plans were presented by Ms. Agnes Pakurar, the principal of our school, to the participants of the workshop.
